        • SYNOPSIS

          Returning to his homeland after years of slavery, a Norman prince seeks revenge on his father's murderer – his ruthless uncle, Earl Durant. Gaining the trust of a band of exiled farmers, he leads them into battle against Durant, exploiting them in his inexorable quest for vengeance.           Jim cut his teeth an editor, moving from music videos to features, where he caught the eye of Sir Ridley Scott. It was only a matter of time before, on Sir Ridley’s suggestion, Jim moved into directing and won the BBC New Directors Award. Weedon’s visually thrilling work and talent for effects, saw his hard-hitting spot for the Motor Neurone Disease Association win a D&AD Yellow Pencil, along with prizes at the BTAA Craft Awards. His adrenaline fuelled trailer for the video game, Metro:Last Night has won awards for direction, editing and cinematography.
