      FEST 2015 / About Fest / Jury / "NEBOJŠA DJUKELIĆ" AWARD

      The jury composed of Nenad Polimac (president of the jury), Vuk Perović and Vesna Perić, will choose a film this year which, in their opinion, brings together traditions of theatrical and art-house film in the best possible way, and in the spirit of Nebojša Djukelić whose work as a critic was directed towards reconciliation of these two streams. Foundation "Nebojša Djukelić" will give a diploma and 5000 Eur in service for the next project of awarded producer or director.

       

      Vuk Perović

      Vuk Perović is an artistic director of the festival Underhillfest in Podgorica. He is one of the most important film critics in Montenegro. He is an author of cultural show Sabirni centar where, among others, he had a chance to interview globally known film directors. He is a secretary of Montenegrin FIRPESCI branch. He was a member of FIPRESCI jury on Bratislava IFF in 2005 and on film festival in Herceg Novi in 2007. He wrote for several daily newspapers in Serbia and Montenegro and worked for some news agencies. He writes for internet portal Southeast Europe: People and Culture. Since 2011 he is an editor of culture section at daily newspaper „Dnevne novine“.

       

      Vesna Perić

      She is a film critic, author, playwright and TV screenwriter. She graduated dramaturgy from Faculty of Drama Arts in Belgrade. She worked as a contributing author in newspaper „Danas“, wrote film essays for newspaper „Politika“ and film reviews for Radio Belgrade 2. She collaborates with FEST Chronicles. She is a member of FIPRESCI Serbian branch. Took part in juries at Mannheim-Heidelberg Film Festival, Prix Italia, Prix Europa. Currently holds a position of Chief Editor of Drama department in Radio Belgrade. Her short fiction has been published both in Serbia and Austria.

       

      Nenad Polimac

      At the beginning of seventies he began writing about film. He belongs to generation that thought that history of Croatian film should be radically re-evaluated and with that aim he formed the magazine Film. In the 80s he worked as a programming advisor in Zagreb cinemas. He is the founder of weekly magazines „Globus“ and „Nacional“, and with Vladimir Tomić he is the author of popular TV shows Moderna vremena (Modern Times) and Vrtoglavica (Vertigo). He is the winner of Vladimir Vuković Award, an annual Croatian Film Critics Society Award. Today he writes for daily „Jutarnji list“ and several other publications.
